Is your New Year's tradition making a bunch of resolutions you abandon or forget about before February 1?
Start 2019 with passion and purpose (and fun!) by joining me on Sunday, Jan. 13 for my annual Intention-Setting Hike up to the Griffith Observatory.
We'll kick things off at 1pm in front of the bear at the corner of Fern Dell and Los Feliz Blvd (Google Map pin)
THE WAY UP: We'll reflect on the major themes of 2019. Whether you joined us last year or not, we'll look at how last year unfolded, what themes or patterns you noticed, what intentions were left unmet, and where you currently feel really satisfied.
AT THE TOP: You'll experience a MASSIVE perspective shift. Using the Observatory's Cosmic Connection as our visual metaphor, you'll be able to understand how your current problems, issues and ruts are truly temporary in the grand scheme of things. There will be a light at the end of the tunnel!
THE OTHER SIDE: We'll set intentions for 2019 by writing a journal entry as your future self, which you'll then seal in an envelope and open on December 31, 2019.
THE WAY DOWN: With your new found clarity, you'll then choose one word as your overall theme for 2019.
Hope to see you there — and happy holidays!
